7 Setting Our Kabbalot A small, achievable goal that has to do with the value. Examples: – Compliment someone each day. – Hold the door open for someone. – Pick up litter. –Call a family member/friend each day to tell them you love them. – Help others by putting up an extra chair. – Write uplifting notes. – Draw a picture for someone.

8 Focus Phrase Helps us remember our kabbalot. Try to reflect on your focus phrase for a minute or two each morning. –Examples: Be kind. Chesed Gimilut Chasadim Kindness counts. Be polite. Loving kindness
