2 What’s a “STIP”? Combination of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) & Tribal Implementation Plan (TIP)

4 Objectives Create a model STIP that can be a “working template” for developing 309 regional haze implementation plans. 6 Deliverables 1. Model STIP for Section 309 Will reference and summarize all applicable 309 requirements. Will list all “TSD” by section. Will contain generic language that can be incorporated directly into SIPs/TIPs.

7 Deliverables 2. Draft 309 SIP for Oregon Will use Model STIP when completed to prepare draft Oregon 309 SIP, as a model for other States to follow. 3. Model TIP for Tribes Will refine Model STIP where appropriate to prepare a Model TIP.
