TRAFOON News New Project Officer: Due to the retirement of our initial Project Officer, Mr. Dirk Pottier, TRAFOON has a new one, Mrs. Uta Faure Official confirmation from the Commission that the report and interim payment corresponding with the 1 st TRAFOON reporting period were approval (21 October 2015). EC just transferred the second payment. 2

3. TRAFOON News UHOH and SlowFood agreed concordantly that SlowFood will leave the consortium of TRAFOON, due to a different understanding: Slowfood thinks that traditional food and innovation cannot be combined New member in the Scientific Advisory Board: Dr. Johannes Pucher 3
