24 About Suncoast Hospice Problem Solution Results Leveraging Citrix NetScaler to load balance connections to their web interface. 80% of total workforce was remote using XA/XD through NetScaler. Not able to access mission critical data regarding NetScaler traffic to identify performance degradation ahead of end-user performance slow downs. Need visibility into what is working compared to where there are/were bottlenecks. Suncoast Hospice evaluated several solutions including Citrix Insight. No solutions provided the functionality to isolate performance issues within the NetScaler – both in real-time and historically. Selected HyperThetical for NetScaler for several reasons: Provided real-time and historic views of data. Visualized where bottlenecks were NOT happening to isolate where issues were located. Was extremely affordable compared building an internal solution. The solution was up and running quickly at a low cost. Founded in 1977, Suncoast Hospice is a not-for- profit organization committed to serving those living with chronic and or terminal illnesses, nearing the end of life, or experiencing grief. All of Suncoast Hospice’s traffic is running through their Citrix NetScaler. Relies on Citrix NetScaler for system performance and network trafficking. Complete visibility in NetScaler Traffic Can isolate issues on the front-end and back-end of their network to more quickly troubleshoot performance issues. Can better provision server utilization to meet the needs of their remote workforce accessing XA/XD. Users are now experiencing increased uptime and performance.
