2. Digital access is the equal ability for people in different countries and societies to access digital technology. People in all societies should have an equal right to access technology. EXAMPLES: Cell phones and laptops.

3. Digital communication is the electronic way to share information with others. EXAMPLES: E-mail, cell phones, video conferencing, instant messaging, text messaging, blogs and wikis.

4. Digital literacy is the ability to use technology for different reasons and the effects it has on us. EXAMPLES: Browsing, e-mail, search engines, accuracy and security etc.

5. Digital Safety and Security is the issue that relates to a person's well-being and safety online, meaning on the computer and on the internet. EXAMPLES: Cyber-bullying, talking to creeps, hackers, etc.

6. Digital etiquette (netiquette) is the basic set of rules you should follow in order to make the internet better for yourself and others. It’s important to treat people with courtesy and respect online as it is in real life. EXAMPLES: E-mails, text messages, instant messaging and everything else that has to do with communicating with others.

7. Digital rights and responsibilities is electronic responsibility for deeds. Reporting cyber-bullying and threats. EXAMPLES:

8. Digital Law is the electronic responsibility for actions. EXAMPLES: Identity theft, spoofing, IP spoofing, software piracy, and computer hacking.

9. Digital Health and Wellness keeps teenagers away from DANGER & HARM. Teens need to be aware of the risks of predators they meet online. They also need to be informed of the “digital life” and how to keep healthy and safe. EXAMPLES: Lying about how much time you have spent on the computer, being denial, or spending to much time online with your “cyber friends.”

10. Digital commerce is when you BUY -or- SELL things online. EXAMPLES: Clothes, shoes, electronics, food, books, cars, etc.
