Is there a balance in your instructional strategies? 1. Sort the strategy cards and place them along the continuum OR in the appropriate boxes based on your current use of them. NOTE: It is okay to put more than one card on a number (for instance, I use three different strategies about 20% of the time each, so they all go on 20% = 60% total.) The approximate total should be 100%. 2. Discuss with a shoulder partner: Where am I doing well? Where is there room for improvement? 3.
