Competence What does being competence mean to you? Be good at what you do Develop the skills and knowledge Be confident but not cocky Be willing to volunteer Be a part of professional developments Always seek to achieve higher goals

Reliability What does it mean to be Reliable? Show up on time Dependable Turn things in on time Show consistency Confidence Do what you say you will do

Honesty What does it mean to be Honest? Be truthful Don’t be afraid to communicate Be upfront about your values
