On chart paper, –Identify barriers & obstacles from brainstorming & reading One per post-it notes –Organize the post-it notes in similar categories of challenge –Identify 2-4 most significant challenges List them on the left-hand of the chart paper (equally distributes vertically) Connect Brainstorming & Reading
