1. COPYING IMAGES FROM ONE LISTING TO ANOTHER Enter and Save new listing. To copy images: Main Menu >Agent Mgmt >View/Ed Agt Inv >Active Inventory. Select your new listing from your inventory. Then select E DIT M EDIA from the Toolbar. 1 1 2

2. COPYING IMAGES FROM ONE LISTING TO ANOTHER The Edit Media screen will display. Click on the C OPY I MAGES button in the Toolbar. On the next screen, enter the ML# of your listing from which you would like to copy the images. (NOTE: Agents may only copy from their own listings.) Then click on C ONTINUE in the Toolbar. 1 2 2

3. COPYING IMAGES FROM ONE LISTING TO ANOTHER On the next screen, click on C ONTINUE in the Toolbar to copy the displayed photos to your new listing. The photos will now be attached to your new listing. NOTE: If you forgot to write down the ML# for the old listing, there is an alternate function that 3

4. COPYING IMAGES FROM ONE LISTING TO ANOTHER allows you to capture the ML# on the fly. Instead of entering an ML#, click on L OAD T OTAL I NVENTORY in the Toolbar. Your inventory will display. Select the appropriate listing, and then click on C ONTINUE in the Toolbar. 1 2 4

5. COPYING IMAGES FROM ONE LISTING TO ANOTHER On the next screen, click on C ONTINUE in the Toolbar to copy the displayed photos to your new listing. The photos will now be attached to your new listing. 5
