2 Project Summary The NHRPII is implemented in five locations: Somalia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast and Pakistan Oversight by International Coalition of Voluntary Agencies – ICVA (Geneva) Duration: January 2012 until April 2013

3 Objectives Improve national and international NGO representation, participation and leadership in coordination structures for improved performance Strengthen structures, capacity and skills for NGOs to assume active membership in the humanitarian reform process.

4 Objectives cont. Promote transparency and accountability of humanitarian financing mechanisms (e.g. CHF) Ensure country-level challenges and good practices feed into and advance global policy discussion (i.e. Geneva, New York)
