6 APAN Sec Activities (Cont’d) Collect membership fees Encourage potential groups to perceive the importance of being APAN members and assist them in subscribing process Provide services to potential and existing APAN members –Process and maintain applications –Respond to inquiries and requests

7 APAN Sec Activities (Cont’d) Publish organization’s important information in pamphlets, brochures and other mediums Assist and provide optimum financial support for 25 th APAN Meeting fellows (23 fellows) Survey and encourage many countries to become APAN members in Asia- Pacific region

24 Organization Updates APAN Secretariat has closed the bank account of APAN Limited Partnership in Thailand. The new bank account will open in Singapore by SingAREN in order to reduce TAX so all transferring of membership fees will go to this new one.
