Make your Adventure Board with crayons or colored pencils. Label with the book title and author. Draw a plot diagram on the back. Label with the book title and author. Label exposition, inciting incident, rising action, and conflict on the plot diagram. Revisit schedule. Appoint discussion leaders for each day. Make sure everyone has the correct information written on his/her calendar. Have your schedules approved by Mrs. Fritzinger.

Discuss chapters read. Summarize what you read into a group Tweet (150 characters or fewer), and put it on your book board. Write notes about the exposition, inciting incident, and rising action on sticky notes, and put them on your Adventure Board. Write any derivatives you found on a sticky note, and put them on your book board. Start reading your next chapters, looking for derivatives and conflict.
