Orville Wright Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Pledge Drive 2011/2012 At Orville Wright Middle School, we teach students that they are “pilots, not passengers.” In the same way, you are the pilot of your children’s education by being an active contributor of your time, talents and financial resources. Dr. Kenneth Pride has a grand vision for OWMS and is moving rapidly to implement positive change. Public schools rise or fall upon the involvement of parents, friends and our community. During our annual Pledge Drive we need you to help us soar! Funds raised during the Pledge Drive help fund initiatives that provide academic enrichment for all of our students and help fill the gap due to our every shrinking budget. (Flight Sim, Mock Trial, field trips, etc.) All donations are tax-deductible and will be kept strictly private and confidential. 2. PTO Pledge Drive 2010/2011 Incentive Price Drawings The big push to finish the year strong with our fund raising kicks off April 26 th, 2010. For every $25 dollars you donate your name will be placed in a drawing bin from which three lucky winners names will be picked at random on May 5 th, 10 th and 17 th. Prizes will include gift cards and other fun prizes. (All donations made this school year will be included in the incentive drawing.) On May 24 th we will have a final drawing with grand prizes including a $300 gift card. Your donation will help all of our students be winners so get your donations in now and be eligible to win big.
