:Tonsils Arterial supply of tonsil:Arterial supply of tonsil: 1.Tonsillar branch of facial artrey. 2.Twigs from dorsalis lingulae artery. 3.Twigs from ascending pharyngeal artery (from ECA). 4.Twigs from ascending palatine artery (from facial). Venous drainage:Venous drainage: Paratonsillar vein to pharyngeal plexus. Lymph drainage:Lymph drainage: Upper deep cervical lymph nodes mainly jugulodigastric lymph nodes. Nerve supply:Nerve supply: 1.Tonsillar branch of glossopharyngeal nerve. 2.Lesser palatine nerve.

Nerve supply of constrictor muscles of pharynx : Pharyngeal plexus
16
Nerve supply to the Muscles of pharynx : All muscles of pharynx are supplied by cranial part of accessory nerve through pharyngeal branch of vagus except Stylopharyngeus m. (glossopharyngeal nerve). All muscles of pharynx are supplied by cranial part of accessory nerve through pharyngeal branch of vagus except Stylopharyngeus m. (glossopharyngeal nerve).
17
pharynx Arterial:Arterial: 1.Ascending pharyngeal artery. 2.Ascending palatine artery. 3.Facial artery. 4.Lingual artery. 5.Pharyngeal branch of maxillary artery. Venous drainage:Venous drainage: Pharyngeal plexus of veins into internal jugular vein. Lymph drainage: 1.Upper deep cervical lymph nodes. 2.Lower deep cervical lymph nodes. 3.Retropharyngeal lymph nodes. 4.Para tracheal lymph nodes
18
Esophagus : 1- Arterial supply: Cervical part: Inferior thyroid artery. Thoracic part: Descending thoracic aorta. Twigs from bronchial arteries. Abdominal part: Left gastric artery. 2- Venous drainage: Cervical part: Inferior thyroid veins. Thoracic part: Aygos, hemiazygos and accessory hemiazygos veins. Abdominal part: Left gastric vein.
19
Nerve supply of esophaus: Sympathetic: Sympathetic trunk. Parasympathetic: Vagi.
20
Pyramidalis muscle nerve supply : subcostal nerve subcostal nerve
21
Anterior abdominal wall Artries: Above the umbilicus 1-superior epigasrtic artery. 2-musculophreni artery 3-lower two posterior intercostal and subcostal artries
22
Below the umbilicus Below the umbilicus 1-Inferior epigastric artery 2-Deep circumflex iliac artery 3-Superficial branches of femoral artery
23
Nerves : 1-Lower five intercostal and subcostal nerves 2-Illio-hypogastric and illio-inguinal nerves Lymphatics ; A-Above the umbilicus into pectoral lymph nodes B- Below the umbilicus into superficial inguinal lymph nodes
24
Nerve supply of the peritoneum: Parietal peritoneum:Parietal peritoneum: Supplied by somatic nerves that supply the abdominal wall (lower 5 intercostal & subcostal nerves) & diaphragm (phrenic nerve). The parietal peritoneum is senstive to pain, temperature and touch. The visceral peritoneum:The visceral peritoneum: Supplied by autonomic nerves that supplies the viscera. It is only sensitive to traction and distension of the viscera.
25
Stomach: Blood supply of the stomach: 1- Arterial supply: From the branches of the celiac trunk. -Left gastric artery arises from the celiac artery. -Right gastric artery arises from the hepatic artery. -Short gastric arteries arise from the splenic artery. -Left gastroepiploic artery arises from the splenic artery. -Right gastroepiploic artery arises from the gastroduodenal branch of the hepatic artery. ماتخوف إن شاء الله, شوفوا معها duodenum
26
Venous drainage of the stomach: The left and right gastric veins drain directly into the portal vein. The short gastric veins and the left gastroepiploic vein join the splenic vein The right gastroepiploic vein joins the superior mesenteric vein
27
Lymph drainage of stomach: - The gastric lymph vessels drain ultimately into the celiac lymph nodes.
28
Nerve supply of the stomach: Sympathetic: from celiac plexus around celiac trunk. It causes relaxation of the wall and contraction of pyloric sphincter. It also carries pain sensation. Parasympathetic: from anterior and posterior gastric nerves. It is secretory to the glands of the stomach, inhibitory to the pyloric sphincter and motor to the wall.
29
Pancreas : Arterial supply: 1- Superior, inferior pancreatico-duodenal arteries: to the head. 2- Pancreatic branches of splenic artery: to the rest of pancreas. Venous drainage: To splenic vein and portal vein. Lymphatic : 1- Upper part of head coeliac lymph nodes. 2- Lower part of head superior mesenteric lymph nodes. 3- Rest of pancreas pancreatico-splenic lymph nodes.
