KSC testing – PR’s and IPR’s generated during stand- alone and integrated ops testing in PRCU or PTCS Development inputs – JSC, EXPRESS, and PD’s provide inputs for known problems, limitations, or features Equipment degradation or failure documented by Payload Anomaly Reports (PAR) Simulations and ground system tests

For I2 this is EHS, EXPRESS, HRF, PLDs, ADVASC, CGBA, CPCG, MAMS, SAMS, STES9, STES10, TCS, EPS, ECLSS, PLMDM Category – Electrical (ELE), Fluids (FLD), Hardware (HW), Mechanical (MECH), Software (SW), ISS Systems (ISS), Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Number – Automatically assigned in database Example: ON-EXPRESS-SW-4
