3 School Shuttle has recently achieved ‘Improved Business’ status with Wigan Life. So we now have a: We have improved our snack menu reducing the amounts of sugar,salt, fat and saturated fat.

4 Our Breakfast Club offers our early bird parents help for those hectic mornings. Early morning starts or meetings never be a problem again. Children can choose from various activities that are on offer. Our staff are on hand to take the children to school for you between the hours of 7.30am and 9.00am. Breakfast Club Benefits  £6.00 per morning this includes cereal, toast, crumpets, beans on toast etc & juice. Children are encouraged to prepare their own breakfast to promote independence  Friendly, comfortable and secure play environment  Drop off in fully insured minibuses Breakfast Club Criteria  Children from ages of 3 ~ 14  Hours ~ 7.30am ~ 9.00am

5 We specialise in providing quality After School care for school children. Our service is flexible and has been tailored to meet the demands of busy or working parents. Our experienced staff collect the children from school using our fully insured minibuses. Homework Club is also available. After School Club Benefits  £11.00 per afternoon this includes 2 options of snack, fruit and veg, dessert & juice from healthy menu  Friendly, comfortable and secure play environment  School pick-up in fully insured minibuses  Various fun activities from arts & crafts, home corner, computers, sports (football, rounders, tennis...), quiet corner homework club... After School Club Criteria  Children from ages of 3 ~ 14  Hours ~ 2.30pm ~ 6.00pm

6 Our Holiday Club is tailored specifically to meet the demands of busy parents and offers a RELIABLE, SAFE, STIMULATING, QUALITY and FUN place for children to play during the school holiday times. Holiday Club Benefits  7.30am to 6.00pm  £22.00 per day (+ Trips)  Including Breakfast Club & After School Club Snack options  Full day Trips, Many adventures AND new friends to be made Holiday Club Criteria Children from ages of 3 ~ 14 Hours ~ 7.30am ~ 6.00pm

8 Mission Statement Here at School Shuttle we have the very highest standards of safety, security, staff selection, and general polices - here are a few of our School Shuttle standards that we pride ourselves on in order to give you as a parent or guardian, complete peace of mind… We aim to offer an exceptional level of care within an open and friendly atmosphere to support working or training parents. We prepare and provide adequate and nutritious food and drink. We initiate close liaisons with parents, schools and other relevant organisations. We encourage parental involvement and support. We follow all of OFSTED's guidelines and have gained Aiming High - Quality Assurance Programme. School Shuttle's locations and their staff are registered through OFSTED who we work very closely, always ensuring all our standards are at their highest quality. All staff have relevant qualifications such as NVQ's, Food Hygiene, First Aid etc… Staff have to go through a criminal records bureau for clearance before beginning to work with School Shuttle. We administer First Aid when appropriate and have trained members of staff. We carry out all responsibilities and activities within Equal Opportunities framework.

9 School Shuttle cares for all levels of children. No matter what your child's level of social or academic achievement, we have a range of activities to meet your child's requirements. We also cater for any afterschool activities your child takes part in – late collection. We provide full care for children to ensure the delivery of creative play opportunities in a safe and caring environment… Here is a brief selection of the stimulating and educational, indoor and outdoor activities we offer… EYFS ACTIVITIES – water play, gardening, dancing, health etc Homework Clubs in designated homework rooms, Park visits Sport & leisure activities including; Football Coaching, Rounder's, Hockey, Horse Riding, Scuba Diving and Tennis at Bolton Arena. Team games, Outdoor play, Computer Games, Board Games, Arts &Crafts, Baking, Face painting, Dressing Up, Home Corner, TV and Video, Trips to Pantomimes / Cinema etc… However, this is not to say we only offer these activities - your suggestions as to what your child enjoys always brings new ideas into our plans and we always take these on board to provide the very best standards of individual care

11 HEALTHY SNACK MENU BREAKFAST CLUB MENU Toast, crumpets, brioche, waffles, cereals, juice, milk, water and various fruits available AFTER SCHOOL CLUB MENU Sandwiches available on white and brown bread, barm cakes and wraps with various filings: Cheese, Ham, Chicken, Paste, Tuna, Egg, Jam Hot dogs, Burgers, Soup, Pizza, Pasta, Garlic Bread, Beans or Spaghetti on toast, Toasties, Pasta, Noodles, Curry & Rice, Chippy tea, Spring rolls, Samosas, Bhajis, Crumpets, Potato cakes, Toast, Salads (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, sweet corn, onions) HOLIDAY CLUB MENU During holiday club times we provide breakfast club menu between 8.00am and 10.00am (depending on trips out). A snack is also provided later on in the day, which is very similar to the After School Club menu. This is usually served between 3.00pm - 5.00pm (depending on trips out). FRESH FRUIT AVAILABLE: Apples, bananas, pears, oranges, tangerines, strawberries, grapes, yoghurts, carrot sticks, raisins DRINKS AVAILABLE Orange, blackcurrant, apple juice, water, milk. All the above snacks and drinks we have on offer at School Shuttle are printed in the Food Standards Agencies Booklet titled the Balance of Good Health. This was obtained from the Ofsted Regulations regarding Healthy Eating for children.
