Ortgiese The Project „CoCar“ CoCar is aiming at basic research for C2C and C2I communication for future cooperative vehicle applications using cellular mobile communication technologies. Telecommunication companies and automobile manufacturers develop platform independent communication protocols and innovative systems components.
