Don Bosco Placement Exam ( Administered in March 2013 ) The exam consists of four sections: ► Section 1: Language Arts (reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure.) Grading Policies and Procedures ► A straight numerical grading system from 70-100 ► Report cards are issued at the end of each quarter (4 Quarters) ► Student & Parent Access to Real-time Online Grading & Student Progress System (Backpack) ► Honors and AP courses receive higher GPA weights ► An 85 average maintains an Honors course ► A 93 average promotes from CP to an Honors course
