GENERAL COMPETENCE The general competence of this title is to install, configure, and maintain microcomputer systems, isolated or in network, as well as local networks in small environments, ensuring its functionality and applying the established protocols of quality, safety and respect for the environment. JOBS AND OCCUPATIONS ◦ Technician in installing and repairing computer equipment. ◦ Computer support technician. ◦ Data networks technician. ◦ Microcomputer systems peripherals repairing technician. ◦ Microcomputing salesman. ◦ Help-desk. ◦ Computer system operator.

Programming (programmers) - Minimum experience of 2 years. - Formation: Technical engineering degree - Experience in developing Web and desktop applications with multilevel architectures with the.NET Framework 3.0 or higher, Html, Css, JavaScript - Design patterns - Experience with PL/SQL (Forms/Report) - Experience in technologies: JAVA J2EE, ORACLE DB, SPL, UNIX SCRIPTING. - Experience in analysis, development and maintenance of applications in Java, FLEX, XML, HTML, ActionScript and JavaScript environment. Systems (microcomputer systems and support) - Minimum experience of 2 years. - Formation: Middle-degree vocational training. - Knowledge of LINUX as well as APACHE and TOMCAT. - Diagnosing and solving computer problems remotely. - Knowledge and experience in managing of incident management tools. - Knowledge and/or experience in setting up and repairing equipment and communications software, as well as network management.
