3.  AUPET established in 1975 on the basis of Energy Faculty of Kazakh Politechnical Institution, it was the 3-d energy institution in USSR (after Moscow and Ivanovo power engineering institutions)  Today AUPET is one of the RK leading universities in the area of power engineering education.

5.  Project number: 530793 – TEMPUS-1- 2012-SE-TEMPUS-JPCR - European MAPREE Project– ”Master programmes on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Buildings in Central Asia and Russia”

6.  AUPET team fulfilled energy market companies survey and made analysis of needs of energy audit specialists / 23 energy, production, designing and other industrial companies participated in this survey;  Teachers staff developed and approved syllabuses of subjects for the MAPREE master program;  Prepared all courses education materials (lectures, instruction for laboratory works and practical lessons)

7.  In the scope of “Train the trainers” programme two teachers of AUPET were sent to UIBK Innsbruck University (Austria) for training courses on “Thermal building simulation and solar thermal energy”

8.  Prepared and sent letters with new master programme (MAPREE) information to more then 100 industrial enterprises and companies  Conducted study extension courses for professionals on “Energy audit and Energy Efficiency Improvement “ in years 2014 and 2015/  Plan of courses for 2016 is to be developed

20. Aupet team made market investigation for laboratory equipment Purchased the following energy testing equipment: Testo – 435 – 2, Testo – 330 1LL, Testo – 885 -1

25.  On the base of faculty of additional education AUPET provides trainings for industry professionals on related topics of Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency Improvement  In the scope of academic mobility PhD student will go to Innsbruck University for exchange scholarship. Prof. Wolfgang Streicher is a science co-supervisor.

26.  AUPET extends it’s library fund of educational materials as:  international journals and editions (annual subscription),  purchased a package of study books on topics of renewable energy and for reading halls and library

32.  October 2015, organizers - UNDP program, and MAPREE partners KazGASA, AUPET, south Kazakhstan University of construction and other

33.  On the base of science department AUPET is proceeding in establishment of “Center of Energy Audit (CEA)” ◦ Application and package of required papers are sent to the Ministry of Energy RK for CEA licensing

36.  AUPET prepared list of required papers, As AUPET Charter, accounting balance sheet, list of certified equipment, list of trained staff certificates etc. for application
