Supervision cum labour contract, clients who are ready to spend their time procuring the material and handling labour payments can save upto 7.5 % of overall cost. All labours required for the project will be provided directly to clients where they can pay their payments directly and Cholas construction would charge a fixed monthly charge for a fixed time for arranging, coordinating and supervising the project and assist in providing the sources.
