10 The Test Coordinator (TC) is the main contact for ACT testing. Test Coordinator The Test Coordinator may choose to have a Back-Up Test Coordinator and Test Accommodations Coordinator assist in testing activities.

Retake Policy / Makeup Policy In the event that a student does not pass his or her first (1st) attempt on any CTE assessment, a waiting period will begin no less than fourteen (14) calendar days from the close of the last day of the live testing window. Retakes are not allowed after the successful completion of an assessment. A candidate can retake an assessment one (1) time during the retake window. A candidate can only participate in the retake window if he or she has participated in the initial testing window for that school year. A candidate will be permitted to retake an assessment during the following school year as long as they are enrolled in a secondary school and have reached CTE completer status in the approved course of study aligned with the assessment during the previous school year. The school district, school, charter school, or the candidate will be responsible to pay the assessment fee for the retaking of an assessment.
