FIDELIS GROUP Professionals Our team can flex up & down – here are a few of our professionals Bruce Conklin Partner The Fidelis Group, Inc. Capital bconklin@thefidelisgrp.com Bruce specializes in full-service financial and operational consulting and has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer for numerous companies in multiple industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, service providers, retail, real estate and technology. His clients typically require assistance with developing business plans, increasing enterprise value, raising capital, senior debt and restructuring, transactions, and participating with senior management in strategy and operational changes. Prior to founding Fidelis, Bruce was Senior Managing Director of Kibel Green, Inc., for over 20 years. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several real estate and manufacturing companies. Bruce began his career as an Audit Manager for KPMG in their New York, Atlanta and Washington DC practices. Bruce and his wife Grace have raised 6 children and have 2 grandchildren. 8

Strategy rsharma@thefidelisgrp.com Ravi specializes in corporate strategic planning, marketing and sales management for healthcare services and medical products, including information technology, medical devices, diagnostics and life sciences. His clients typically are in need of corporate strategy in dealing with disruptive changes in their market. With an extensive background in healthcare and the supportive businesses, Ravi works with clients to evaluate markets and company products or services to help position them to deal with the upheaval in the healthcare industry. Ravi has held senior executive positions including President, CEO, Global Quality Manager, Vice President for Fortune 100 firms such as GE Healthcare, Toshiba America Medical Systems and led Healthcare IT start-up companies. He brings many years of Fortune 100 corporate and hands-on experience. He holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering degree and brings strong strategic as well as operating skills to the Fidelis team and our clients. Ravi and his wife have raised two children and reside in Southern California 9

Operations gschneggenburger@thefidelisgrp.com Guy has over 20 years of in-depth experience and practical knowledge in the areas of logistics, supply chain management, process re-engineering, change management, enterprise software development, and large-scale project management. Guy works with his clients to develop operational excellence with work flow analysis, Six Sigma/ LEAN methodologies, distribution benchmarking, logistics evaluation, manufacturing systems, ISO certifications, enterprise software development and implementation and project management system development. Before joining Fidelis, Guy began his career in project management and industrial engineering for Baxter, a global medical products and services company focused on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Subsequent positions included senior leadership for a national logistics company and direction of consulting services for several organizations. Guy and his family reside in Southern California. 10

He has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international sales and manufacturing operations, B2B marketing, business development and sales experience. Bob has helped clients drive the establishment of strategic business plans, product development and launch strategies, marketing strategy, website development and customer- targeted campaigns, sales and distribution organization formation, OEM and private label agreements, as well as executive development programs. Throughout his career, Bob has held executive roles in sales and marketing, and as President and CEO of an international manufacturing company regarded as the industry leader in its segment. Bob has also owned and operated a foreign subsidiary and directed its management team to consistently deliver manufacturing cost targets and operating margin objectives. Bob, and his wife Kath, have three children and reside in Southern California. 11

Finance drichards@thefidelisgrp.com David is a “hands-on” Senior Finance Executive with over sixteen years of manufacturing industry experience leading both private and public companies and over twenty-five years of finance experience, primarily for public companies. He has fourteen years of experience managing medical device companies. David is focused on effective financial resource management, providing decision centric information, leading strategic initiatives and partnering with members of senior management to help them surpass their financial targets. His clients typically require assistance with developing business plans, financial presentations to the Board or investors, forecasts, financial models, key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, profit and loss analysis, balance sheet projections, and product profit and margin evaluations, as well as assistance with existing or new banking relations and risk management. Prior to joining Fidelis, David held the CFO or Controller post for multiple firms requiring his background as an MBA and a CPA. He has broad experience with manufacturing companies from the early development through the mature stage, product commercialization, and company incubation as a private equity fund manager. In addition to participating in community and business organizations, David and his wife are busy raising two children in the Inland Empire. 12
