HS & P is a national guide for planning, designing and creating sustainable communities that encourage healthy living Consists of a website - www.healthyplaces.org.au, documents, brochures, CD-Roms and bookmarks A training package to build capacity for local government employees and elected members involved in the built and social environment.

3. How was it developed? Through a unique collaboration between the Australian Local Government Association, the National Heart Foundation of Australia and the Planning Institute of Australia. Initially funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
