2006/6/13 Confidential Conclusion Grouper is a better fit for eyeVi –Well developed advertising system in line with eyeVi’s business model –P2P technology applicable for HD contents in the future –Flexibility: experience in working with different hardware technologies and integrating with other websites –However, Grouper’s content filtering system might need to be adjusted for eyeVi to have a stronger control over the contents hosted Compared with Revver, Grouper appears to be better prepared for the technology required for eyeVi On the other hand, if eyeVi’s focus switches to targeting big media content providers, Revver’s relationship with Hollywood could be a big help
