24. 24 Innovation Punched bolt head pre- vents from thread dis- truction while hammering. Nut and washer are standardized components. Marking indicates the size of the anchor and the maxi-mum fixture thickness. The treaded body is made by cold forging. Thus, the final product is very strong, hard and precise. Active knurls ensure a good grip and a quick tightening of the anchor. The expansion sleeve is massive and provides good expansion reserves. Due to the cold forging, the surface of the cone is very hard and even. This ensures very consis- tant pull-out results. A rounding eases the anchor’s introduction into the hole, especially when installed through wood. A chamfered lower end of the sleeve prevents form jamming between cone and sleeve.
