11 February 17th 1:30 to 3:30 PM  Find February 17th, click & hold your mouse button while dragging from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.  A pop up window will be displayed ! Google Apps Workshop  Enter event for What: Google Apps Workshop Create event  Click Create event default calendar  Today’s event is inserted into your default calendar.

13 Create additional calendars to stay organized. Add  Click the Add button on the left of your main calendar page. Createa new calendar  Select Create a new calendar from the menu. Calendar Details  Enter relevant information on the Calendar Details page. namedescription.  Give your calendar a name & description.  Click Create Calendar.

15 guests  Click on the event to which you’d like to invite guests. edit  Click the edit event details link. Guests  In the Guests box on the right: emailaddresses  Enter the email addresses of the people you're inviting contactscontacts list  Choose from contacts link to see your contacts list. controllevel  Select control level for your guests Save  Click Save. Your guests will be able to respond to the event and have the option to leave comments in the event details.

16 invitation  When a invitation is received, it will appear on your calendar with a “ ” (Different browsers may display these events in a variety of ways.)  Click on the event will appear on your calendar. 18  Open Calendar Settings right  Open Calendar Settings using the gear on the top upper right Calendar Settings  Select Calendar Settings, Calendars  Select Calendars tab Share this calendar  Click Share this calendar Shared: Edit settings  If you have already created more than one calendar you will select a calendar by clicking on Shared: Edit settings sharingpreferences  Set your sharing preferences  Click Save  Your calendar is now ready to share!

19  EVENTS  Select  Select event you wish to delete Delete  Press the Delete key  CALENDARS CalendarSettings Calendar  From the Calendar Settings menu, select Calendar tab. Delete  On the far right of the calendar, click Delete
