11. Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRMS) Complete G to C interface for providing seamless services to submit grievance by citizens. Provides single window common interface to the citizens for submitting their complaints. System forwards the complaints to appropriate authority and keeps the user informed about its progress. 12. Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRMS) Complainant can monitor the progress of resolution and track the status. Covers entire process from draft Roll preparation, roll revision, registration, correction and data modification to final publication and preparation of Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC).
