Leadership Training Day(MRCs) Need: Young MRCs need more depth in leadership and support for unit directors All MRC could nominate 3 persons: coordinators and/or leaders/emerging leaders Focus on: – Volunteer management – Organizational management/strategic planning – Social Marketing – Risk management
