HR Recruitment Specialist; Organized, self-directed and communicative; Able to participate as a member of cross-functional teams; Provide recruitment and training of highly skilled health care professionals.

Provide effective development and administration of recruitment procedures; Act as liaison between colleges, universities, and community colleges for the purpose of ensuring instructional preparation and recruitment opportunities; Identify and utilize existing recruitment databases and professional resources to locate and assess potential candidates; Develop standards for assessing suitable candidates at each of the UHS sites; Coordinate assessments of potential candidate pools; Provide continuous feedback to the HR manager in each of the UHS sites; Ensure that recruitment corresponds with regional HRS office vacancy needs and projected staffing changes.

Proven experience, including of 3-4 years in HR, recruitment, or similar role; Exceptional customer service skills; Exceptional oral and written communication skills; Ability to oversee a team of HR professionals; Ability to create hiring criteria, develop long-term planning, and set goals to achieve professional objectives; Ability to travel to HRS offices and provide support for HR staff and recruitment practices at multiple sites. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including the use of print advertisements, college recruitment offices, and social media. Ability to demonstrate documentation and accountability for non-office work time.
