2  Focuses on a skilled technical workforce providing support services for equipment management.  Employs field technicians and a well- trained customer service population.  Recognizes the critical nature of effective HRM in creating a functional organization.

3  To provide medical equipment and equipment support services to clients with a solution-focused approach.  Technology being provided to healthcare organizations, caregivers and medical centers has to be the best fit for that organization to support “optimal patient outcomes.”

4  Goals include to develop a hiring pool for regional service centers through local educational institutions.  Requires the actions of an HR Recruitment Specialists to strategies with leading educational institutions.

5  HR Recruitment Specialist;  Organized, self-directed and communicative;  Able to participate as a member of cross-functional teams;  Provide recruitment and training of highly skilled health care professionals.

6  Provide effective development and administration of recruitment procedures;  Act as liaison between colleges, universities, and community colleges for the purpose of ensuring instructional preparation and recruitment opportunities;  Identify and utilize existing recruitment databases and professional resources to locate and assess potential candidates;  Develop standards for assessing suitable candidates at each of the UHS sites;  Coordinate assessments of potential candidate pools;  Provide continuous feedback to the HR manager in each of the UHS sites;  Ensure that recruitment corresponds with regional HRS office vacancy needs and projected staffing changes.

7  Proven experience, including of 3-4 years in HR, recruitment, or similar role;  Exceptional customer service skills;  Exceptional oral and written communication skills;  Ability to oversee a team of HR professionals;  Ability to create hiring criteria, develop long-term planning, and set goals to achieve professional objectives;  Ability to travel to HRS offices and provide support for HR staff and recruitment practices at multiple sites.  Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including the use of print advertisements, college recruitment offices, and social media.  Ability to demonstrate documentation and accountability for non-office work time.

8  Full-time;  Includes nights and weekends;  Paid vacation;  Health and dental;  Stock sharing;  Compensation is commensurate with experience.
