The project team from the Cisco Networking Academy was able to get Internet Engineering 1 and 2, based on the Introduction to Networks and Routing and Switching Essentials, approved in the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. CRANE was instrumental in helping getting CyberSecurity: IT Essentials approved in the fall of 2015. In this session, we will discuss the courses and how they become a cohesive, coordinated career pathway in ICT. Also, see how integration with the CTSO (SkillsUSA and/or FBLA) and CyberPatriots builds upon and strengthens the ITE, ItN, and RSE curricula to help improve student success. We will also discuss how this pathway can become part of a Dual-Enrollment system, expanding offerings at the high school and community college levels.
