15. No investigative or oversight agency has ever found evidence of this occurring. It is not standard procedure for the paramedics or ER do to look for a donor card. A patient can not be considered for donation if they don’t have a breathing tube and stabilized blood pressure. If I’m an organ donor, they won’t work as hard to save me.

17. The donation operation is done under surgical, sterile conditions in a hospital operating room. The body is treated with respect and reverence. The donation of organs and/or tissues will NOT disfigure the body, or interfere with an open casket funeral. People that donate their organs can’t have open caskets.
