Information can be exchanged more easily between systems and individuals, because the way the information is labelled and organised has been standardised from the outset. IPSV is therefore predominantly to aid ‘Resource Discovery’ by customer of the Public Sector i.e. Citizens and Business between Public Sector Agencies within a Public Sector Agency
