8 days traveling up the west cost to the home of WA’s famous wild dolphins at Monkey Mia and explore the World Heritage areas of Shark Bay and the Ningaloo Reef. Visit where the outback meets the coast at Kalbarri and take in the unique natural wildlife that Western Australia is famous for! Day One: Perth to Kalbarri/Northampton We depart Perth early this morning and make our way north up the coast along the Indian Ocean Drive, stopping at various beaches and fishing towns along the way. The Batavia coast is home to one of the world’s most thriving rock lobster industries. We visit the city of Geraldton, stopping at the HMAS Sydney memorial which overlooks the port, before continuing north through historic settlements such as Northampton. We aim to arrive in Kalbarri early enough to enjoy views over the coastal cliffs and view a spectacular WA sunset. Overnight Kalbarri or Northampton Lunch & Dinner provided

Day Two: Kalbarri to Shark Bay World Heritage Area This morning we explore the coastal and inland regions of Kalbarri National Park and the Murchison Gorges, including Nature’s Window, before stopping at spectacular Hawks Head lookout. For those feeling adventurous, there’s an option to try some abseiling! We then continue further north to the Shark Bay World Heritage area where we arrive in time to enjoy another spectacular West Australian sunset. Day 3: Monkey Mia & Shark Bay After breakfast you will have time to visit the famous dolphins of Monkey Mia, one of the few places in the world dolphins from the “wild” come to meet people. The morning is spent interacting with these amazing creatures. Take the option to go sailing on a catamaran on the bay where you can spot more dolphins, dugongs, tiger sharks, manta rays, sea turtles and more marine life. We bid farewell to the dolphins and continue exploring the peninsula, stopping at Eagles Bluff lookout to see if we can spot any tiger sharks in the shallow waters followed by a swim stop at spectacular Shell Beach. Day 4: Shark Bay Our final stop in the Shark Bay area will be at the Stromatolites at Hamelin Pool, the oldest living organisms in the world! We begin our journey north up the WA coast via the tropical fruit growing town of Carnarvon, before arriving at the World Heritage site of Ningaloo Reef. Day 5: Shark Bay to Coral Bay Today is an unforgettable day spent at Coral Bay (Bill’s Bay)! Spending the day at your own pace you can enjoy swimming, snorkelling or just simply laying around on the white coral sands of the Ningaloo Reef. An optional dive is a must for all scuba divers or take an optional glass bottom boat cruise or quad bike safari. From April to June, there is the once in a lifetime opportunity to take swim the majestic whale sharks (optional). Overnight Coral Bay Breakfast provided

Day 6: Coral Bay to Exmouth Today we head north for a day trip to the spectacular coastal town of Exmouth where we can continue to explore the pristine waters of the Ningaloo Reef. Overnight Coral Bay Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided

Day 7: Coral Bay to Northampton We bid farewell to the Ningaloo Reef and begin our journey southward, stopping overnight in the historical town of Northampton. Overnight Northampton Farm-stay Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided

Day 8: Northampton to Perth Departing our overnight farm-stay, we make our way south stopping at a wildlife park along the way. Here you have a chance to feed kangaroos and get up close with some of the friendly local snakes! After stopping along the coast for lunch, you can sit back and relax on our journey back to Perth.
