23 Student Residences project on campus Phase 1: (1,300 new ensuite rooms) opened 2010. 85% of rooms now ensuite along with some shared bathroom accommodation. Fully digitally networked (10MB speed), IPTV, high tech green features, lounges and kitchens, high levels of soundproofing, “secure by design” standards.
