7 What is master planning?  A detailed roadmap of all areas of the college looking forward 5-20 years or more  We have the following master plans in place:

9 Why do master planning?  Transform the college  Respond to the current and future needs of the College’s faculty, staff, students and patrons  Provide a “blueprint” for future  Vehicle for BOT to lead the shaping of the college  Communicates to stakeholders college vision and direction
