Ownership Rights of the EDIT Value tool Subsidy Contract: –Ownership, title and industrial and intellectual property rights in the results of the project and the reports and other documents relating to it shall, depending on the applicable national law, vest in the LP and/or its PPs. –Where several members of the partnership (LP and/or PPs) have jointly carried out work generating outputs and where their respective share of the work cannot be ascertained, they shall have joint ownership of it/them. Ownership Rights of the EDIT Value tool PA: –As above PLUS. –The LP and PPs ensure that the project outputs are available for the Managing Authority for further spreading and for making them available to the public –In case of earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products ….must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project –Where, at the latest three years after the closure of the programme, it is established that a project has generated revenue that has not been taken into account, such revenue should - …- be refunded to the general budget of the European Union Carsten Beyer

De minims rule for services to SMEs As per self declarations in Subsidy Contract: PP4: for 3.1.11, 3.1.13, 3.2.2 and 3.2.6 (de minimis relevant) approx. € 25,000 (thereof approx. € 21,250 ERDF) planned PP5: for 3.2.3 and 3.2.6 (de minimis relevant) approx. € 4,000 (thereof approx. € 3,400 ERDF) planned PP6: for 3.2.4 and 3.2.6 (de minimis relevant) approx. € 8,000 (thereof approx. € 6,000 ERDF) planned Carsten Beyer

6. De minims rule for services to SMEs The project partners, in charge of offering these services, shall duly inform the final beneficiaries that the value of the received service is to be considered as a grant under the de minimis.  s.Pro will provide a template for this The final beneficiaries (i.e. the SMEs receiving training) shall declare the aforementioned de minimis grant to the relevant authorities when required  PPs need to collect these statement from the SMEs receiving training Carsten Beyer
