10.  DRILLING TEAM  Director of Drilling Operations  30 years with Maersk Contractors working from Ass Driller to Worldwide Drilling Superintendent for all Maersk operated drilling units, further continued as Rig Manager and then Operations Manager.  Commence working for Sinopec Petroleum with the Semi Submersible Kan Tan IV Mexico, USA and Trinidad.  Previous experience is setting up Projects and Drilling Operations in Astrakhan and Azerbaijan.  Previous experience in Project Management with P.D.S.A. Sinopec and the Iranian National Oil Company.  Previous experience with Harsh Environment deep water Jack-Ups and Semi Submersible units, further experience with Lake Barges, Land Rigs and Shell Platforms in the UK.  High regard for Safety and Procedures, trained in IMO and ISO-9002-2008.

11.  DRILLING TEAM  Operations Manager  20 years with Maersk Contractors working through the ranks to Drilling Superintendent, predominantly in the North Sea.  6 years working in Iranian waters for POGC, IOOC and NIDC.  Drilling experience on the Soroosh, Noroosh fields with Shell, PARS Gas fields, Aboozar, Foroozan, Lavan, Salman and NASR fields.  Fully conversant with all Safety Management systems, Risk Assessment and safety regulation compliance.  Previous experience with Harsh Environment deep water Jack-Ups and Semi Submersible units and Land Rigs.  Experience in all Drilling equipment including PLS, PHM, Under-Balanced Drilling and HPHT.
