2 PMT Buffer cylinder distribution Vertical and circular rails to be fixed to the buffer base and wall (prior PMT installation). Installation test will be performances at Ciemat’s workshop next week. Only for the cylinder wall. 3 different vertical rails disposition. 10 angular PMT orientations. x Z

3 Mock-up at CIEMAT Ready for testing all installation procedures. -Possibility of 3 different rails disposition. -Several possible Us orientations.

4 PMT installation meeting. 2 day meeting: 10-11 March. At 10:00. (At 9:45 Building 56 to do the check-in) Details about registration, accommodation and access to CIEMAT was sent by Ines Gil by email. Details of the meeting room for the first and second day.

5 First day: Meeting room. Building 56: Check-in to obtain a ID Card.

6 Second day: Meeting room. Building 56: Check-in to obtain a ID Card.

7 PMT installation meeting at CIEMAT First day: Practical installation of one PMT using the mock-up: Fix vertical rails to the structure. For the different three vertical position. Fix stainless steel Us fixation pieces to the PMT. Fix PMT on the vertical rails. Routing of cable. Passing cable through flanges. Connection of cables to splitters. Check PMT positions and labels (installation data base). Installation of slow control devices. Installation of LEDs and fibre routing. Fix/Remove photogrammetric marker holders to PMT. Definition of tools, equipment, people needed for every step, estimated time, procedures, etc. to perform previous tasks.

8 PMT installation meeting at CIEMAT Second day: Discussion on open items: Details of scaffolding to perform previous tasks Cleanliness issues Definition of tasks before PMT installation (PMT storage, changing room, PMT transportation inside the lab, pre testing, lowering PMTs into the pit, installation data base) Definition of tasks after PMT installation (PMT covering, PMT testing, uninstall the clean tents…) Preparation of documents: internal documents for PMT installation, document for kick-off meeting with EdF… Installation of top lid PMTs Other things?
