9. 9 8.Made exploratory talks with PhilHealth on the possible phasing in of the Unified ID System per EO 420, with the PhilHealth ID card system, including possible use of PhilHealth’s extensive network infrastructure

Two (2) complaints have been filed with the Supreme Court against E.O. 420: (a) filed by the KMU and NAFLU-KMU received May 11, 2005 (b) filed by Bayan Muna, received May 24, 2005 2. Dir. Abrenilla, AD Reyes and Atty. Dacayo met with the OSG; background documents/information, rationale, key features of EO 420 already supplied to the OSG.
