S CHOOL I MPROVEMENT G OALS Reading Goal: K-2 students will use phonemic awareness to improve overall vocabulary and comprehension skills and third, fourth and fifth grade students will develop vocabulary and comprehension skills. Math Goal: All students will demonstrate significant improvement in number sense, geometry and measurement. Wellness Goal: All staff, students and families will demonstrate significant improvement in wellness as measured by the healthy schools modules.

It has really seemed to help students that struggle with distractions as well as math. I am currently working on building number sense. I examined each student's I-Ready diagnostic and am following the suggestions they made for helping each student.” 2 nd Grade Teacher
