6 6 AFWD Funding Streams Core Funding:  Adult, Youth, Dislocated Worker – Provide services to individuals eligible under these categories of funding.  Rapid Response – Provide lay off aversion services and to respond to business closures, mass layoffs. Special Funding:  MCLAUS, National emergency grants, Sector strategy grant, Workforce accelerator grant, Slingshot grant Partner funding:  Receive funding to provide variety of services. Fee-for-Service  Business services include workshops/training, human resource services, customized trainings for business.

8 Partnerships We partner with business, education, community based organizations, county agencies, to provide services to our clients. Partners are key to success for our clients. AFWD works with nearly 200 partner organizations across our service area. 8
