TREND STUDY Joint project between academia and industry Goal is to identify key issues, spending priorities, and identify challenges facing the IT leaders and the industries as a whole Study began in 1980 This year emails were sent to over 5300 SIM members 1218 individuals responded 486 CIOs 785 unique organizations 3
