Master of Science in Business Administration Two year programme, 120 ECTS credits –Courses - 90 ECTS credits –Thesis - 30 ECTS credits Courses are taken over three semesters Third semester - students may choose between optional courses at TBS or NTNU or study abroad at universities we cooperate with.

Majors and minors The students choose one major (30 ECTS) and one minor (15 ECTS) from these areas: Business analysis and performance management Marketing Finance and investments Strategy, organizations and change

Master of Public Administration Mandatory courses: Economics, political science, organization and management, research methods, strategic management and internationalization 10 modules (2 abroad) + summer school Thesis 45 students Application requirements – minimium Bachelor degree and five years of relevant experience within the public sector

MSc in Management of Technology Mandatory course (60 ECTS) Elective courses or study abroad (30 ECTS) Thesis (30 ECTS) 30 students Application requirements – minimium Bachelor degree in technology/engineering

Master of Knowledge Management 60 ECTS course work Master Thesis (30 ECTS) offered by CBS Application requirements – minimium: Bachelor degree and 3 years work experience In cooperation with: Nord-Tröndelag University College, Copenhagen Business School and the University of Århus

PhD Our PhD programme was approved by the ministry in 2012 and we admitted our first PhD students the same year. We are aiming at having 15 – 20 PhD students at any given time We are an active member of the National Research School in Business Economics and Administration This is a joint effort of 15 institutions to enhance the quality of the PhD education and to stimulate research in Norway. This is a national and international collaboration on courses, seminars, supervision and research. Through this network a large number of courses can be offered to the PhD students

Trondheim Business School has highly qualified academic staff, and places strong emphasis on research Many research acitivites on both individual and group basis Some important areas: Finance, tax planning, public sector economics, health economics, entrepreneurship, sports economics, business ethics and knowledge management Member of different research organizations Active member of the National Research School in Business Economics and Administration Research activities
