Derbyshire County Council Children and Younger Adults Department 21 Learner Progression & Destination  Skills Funding Agency Requirements 2014/15  EFA funded learners - All learners (includes all Traineeships and High Needs students)*  SFA funded learners - All Traineeships; Adult Skills Budget (and Other Skills Funding Agency funding learners with an employment status prior to enrolment of “Not in paid employment, looking for work and available to start work”  DACES wish to collect for all learning provision

Develop methods of capturing the value that providers add during learning. The best approaches to measuring distance travelled start with the initial assessment, are integrated into the learner plan ( Skills Funding Statement 2013-16) 24
