Kerala - Request for feedback forms in local language has not been received till date. Bangalore - Feedback forms circulated in English and Kannada languages at all events organised outside Bangalore. Coimbatore - Feedback Forms in Tamil are circulated at programmes in smaller Towns where language is an issue ER - have not felt the need for having it in local language and neither has ER received any such request from any participant till date. Self certified copy not being taken NR - Being followed WR - Being followed 6 Shri Rajesh Darbari, Adviser, FIEO to discuss with dept. of MSME to organise programmes and funding for events in Jharkhand where there is much scope for development of the MSME sector MSME in lieu of Workshop in Jharkhand had approved 3 workshops to be organized in different parts and 4 International Exhibitions under DC, MSME MDA scheme out of which FIEO has concluded 3 International Exhibitions. 7 Kanpur Chapter head to coordinate and organise some space at the o/o JDGFT, Kanpur which could be utilized to keep FIEO circulars, brochures and other publicity materials. He will organise regular interaction of the local press with DG & CEO to help publicise FIEO. O/o JDGFT did not permit to provide space however they assured for making references for FIEO Membership. We are having excellent PR with all 3 JDGFT offices in UP. As regards to publicity of FIEO activity local media in UP are very active and in touch with DG & CEO at number of occasion for Column in News (Kanpur) Action Taken report …………..

HO has approved the appointment of a management executive. 9 Coimbatore Chapter head to develop in- house expertise to conduct training programmes. The Chapter Head will advise the name of the official and also course on which the official could be groomed. Due to shortage of staff could not do the same. Opportunity being given to all Staff Members to participate in the programmes 10 Indore chapter head to visit all ICDs and also increase FIEO’s engagements with other government offices with the objective of providing enhanced services to the members. Setting up FIEO office abroad - Ahmedabad chapter to send a three year projection to DG & CEO. Issue RCMC with Category as "Manufacturer / Merchant exporter“ on the basis of SSI-1/IEM-A. May be considered. – Policy Dept. Ahmedabad Chapter 12 DG & CEO agreed to the proposals of various offices to distribute personalized table calendar, key chain, pen holders etc. to top bureaucrats, with FIEO logo/name/website address to help FIEO branding. He also gave a go ahead to issue framed status certificates to existing FIEO members getting new status recognition. Regional & Chapter Heads SR - Planning to organise Table calander which can be given to senior govt. officials during New Year with FIEO logo and web address ER - has introduced personalized coffee mugs and personalized mementos Kanpur - Chapter office has taken care for Souvenir. IN PROCESS for framed RCMC to Status Certificate Holders. Kerala - Draft Budget will be submitted to the regional head Karanataka – Will be implemented once new FTP is announced Coimbatore - Will try to select some good personalized Memento for Senior Govt. DDG(ER) contacted Dun & Bradstreet. They have discontinued “trade data” product recently. Contacted Kompass for the same information. Price higher than budget. DG & CEO may consider as the data is detailed. 14. Empanel insurance contract/debt recovery specialists etc. for providing service to members. Generate revenue thro commission from such engagements Divisional Heads at HO 15. Send SMS to members on receipt/grant of RCMC application from members Implemented 16. FIEO’s presence in social media -Facebook and Twitter accounts created and mapped on FIEO websiteFacebook - Login with Admin user rights created for FIEO offices and HoDs at HO – promotion of events, membership, encouragement for exports, branding -FIEO Officials be nominated to take care of topic- wise queries, to update articles, images, general info, initiation of discussion etc. Action Taken report …………..

However instructed the concerned to write on the letters. Case of Shree Bhagwati Machtech India P Ltd. Though the application was processed on same day & letter was issued, but dispatch was done on next day. Case of Relax Exports application was processed & letter was issued same day, but as the visa recommendation was for UK. It was sent to mumbai-wr for signature on same day. But it returned after 10 days. Ahmedabad Chapter Immediate action taken Next time due care will be taken
