Compliance Audit each year by the Administrative Office of the Court New Judge begins February 1 st. Recording Systems in both Court Rooms Virtually paperless by January 1, 2013. Cross training of all clerks. New phone system installed. (6000 calls per month) Conduct online traffic school Improved Safety; New monitoring systems added safer prisoner tracking, added one more bailiff, new x-ray machine for front, new safety pylons in front. AUDITED EVERY DAY BY EVERY EMPLOYEE Code complaint tracking using web map Automatically emails public complaints instantly to the Code Enforcement Officer for that geographic area. Graffiti Control - GPS photos are sent to police dept before abatement, along with ability to receive graffiti photos in text messaging this streamlines cleanup, prosecution, and tracking of graffiti incidents. Agenda to Go – mobile agendas for Council using SIRE – Paperless workflow HP leases for all Police computers on four year rotation which saves down time and money to support outdated equipment. Created a police information portal for use by patrol and police intelligence for internal communication secure on the city website. Management Information Systems (IT)
