9 Planed Main project results (1) Improved environment for multidisciplinary innovation (30 seminars within 3 years with participation of researchers and entrepreneurs) At least 15 new cooperations Average of 1% increase of investments in R&D in member countries. Improvement of innovation potential on average by at least two points, between involved member countries. New innovative companies established by at least one member of the platform; at least 10 new spin-off companies are expected

13 Seed money project budget plan (Personnel) Standard hourly rates are defined per country; Standard rate is a lump-sum covering all costs of one working hour spent on project; Rate can be reported for productive working hours Employment contract and copies of all signed timesheets will be required for report.

14 Seed money project budget plan (Travel and accommodation) Standard rate amounts of the allowance refer to the country of destination Costs of local travel and accommodation are covered by daily subsistence allowances and hotel allowances Long-distance travel costs are reimbursed on the basis of real costs or car mileage (0.22 EUR/km) Nav saprotams For report will be asked to submit a filled in and signed travel report template, copies of tickets/ boarding cards, invoices etc. Nav saprotams, nepareizi konstruēts. 15 Seed money project budget plan (Meetings and events) With more than five external participants the meeting and event costs can be reported on standard rates Meetings/events outside the premises of a partner: 50 EUR per participant Meetings/events at the premises of a partner: 15 EUR per participant For report will be asked to submit signed event report, signature list of participants and agenda, minutes and photos might be required
