6 NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group St Thomas Road Surgery The practice currently has a registered population of 4698 (1 st October 2015). St Thomas Road surgery contract due to expire on 30 th September 2016, for the registered list, and for core hours of operation, which are Monday-Friday 8am- 6.30pm. CCG agreed to go out to procurement for the service

9 NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group Provision of Enhanced Services The Contractor will be required to provide all Directly Enhanced Services offered, and achieve above average achievement. Examples of some of the Directly Enhanced Services offered are; Childhood immunisation and vaccination Minor surgery Extended hours (access) HPV booster

13 NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group Aims for Primary Care Practices working collaboratively St Thomas Road Surgery has been working collaboratively with 3 local practices to undertake a programme of educational events for patients. The most recent event in October was on Healthy Children. The event was attended by over 100 people and received very positive feedback
