5. Questa Scholars Program Questa offers a low-interest forgivable loan up to 75%

6. Questa Loan:  $20,000 for a bachelors  $10,000 for a certificate or associate  $5,000 a year / $2,500 a semester

7. Low-interest: No interest charged while attending school Fixed Wall Street Journal Prime rate during 6 year repayment

8. 50% Forgivable: Receive 50% loan forgiveness when scholar lives and works in the 11 counties of northeast Indiana after earning certificate/degree! Bachelor Degree: Borrow: $20,000 Pays back: $10,000 Certificate or Associate Degree: Borrow: $10,000 Pays back: $5,000
